I am very active in my community. I have participated in Special Olympics as an athlete since I was 8 yrs old in swimming, skiing, track, bowling, and basketball. I have worked at St Vincent’s de Paul part time since graduating from high school. Received employee of the month Dec 2011 at St Vincent de Paul and was awarded longevity award at St Vinnies at Mid-Columbia Employer/Employee Recognition Oct 2017. I also attend Opportunity Connections in The Dalles where they help me become more active in my community and they have helped to teach me artist skills and sold some of my paintings. In my spare time I like to go bowling and attend the Arc bingo friendship club and dances they provide.
